O C A S
THE OLD CARTHUSIAN ART SOCIETY
The Old Carthusian Art Society was established in 2008 to offer Old Carthusians the potential to exhibit their work and to provide an opportunity for artists, art lovers, collectors and gallerists to meet, network and enjoy art related events.
We hold a variety of events throughout the year including gallery visits, talks and the annual dinner, called the OCAS Feast. Our main event is the Biennial Exhibition where all OCAS artists have the chance to show their work at an exhibition that most recently took place at Charterhouse, but which has also taken place in London.
Recent events have included visits to the studios of sculptor Paul Vanstone and glass artist Danny Lane, lithography classes, life drawing at Charterhouse and a tour of the sculptures on the South Bank.
We are delighted with the response OCAS has received and look forward to the continued growth and prosperity of the society.
Full membership is exclusive to Old Carthusians and costs £20 per year (Membership is free to OCs under 30).
