Internationally renowned photographer Alex Kirkbride has 30 year’s experience of assignments, which have taken him as far afield as Antarctica, the Arctic, Siberia, the Rio Negro in the Amazon and Papua New Guinea. Artist’s statement

My aim as a photographer is to stretch myself creatively in an attempt to define the spirit of the environment I’m working in, with the hope of inspiring and encouraging preservation through public awareness.
