After working across UK and abroad in construction project management for 30 years, I switched career in 1990’s to music education and performance; I have remained busy ever since, but my limited spare–time therapy is art in all its forms.
I prefer to use pastel, acrylic and gouache, and my work ranges from still life to landscapes to abstracts, with occasional forays into lino-cuts, portraits and life drawing.
My wish list for the future, as before, covers several other art media – including working in stone, clay and metal, all of which I have observed with wonder and envy at the (now defunct) annual Art in Action gatherings here locally in South Oxfordshire.
