THE OLD CARTHUSIAN ART SOCIETY
Jane Allison studied at Chelsea School of Art and at The Slade School of Fine Art and has painted many distinguished members of the government, industry, commerce, medicine and the academic and legal professions.
She has exhibited widely, including with the Royal Society of Portrait Painters and , as a prizewinner, in the BP Portrait Award and also has work in numerous private and public collections including the Queen’s collection at Windsor, the Royal College of Surgeons in both London and Edinburgh, the Royal College of Anaesthetists and the Royal College of Veterinary surgeons, The Royal Institute, the Royal Society of Medicine, the University of Surrey and several regiments and public schools.
