Having retired from a carrier in neonatology some 11 years ago, I have attended three courses in sculpting in marble and one sculpture was on view at the last OCAS exhibition. This is my first attempt in wood.

Many of the inconsistencies in the structure of marble were found at the centre of the trunk of this "dead " tree creating a number of problems ! Will be displayed on stone base vertically.
